MSGHLP$ENGLISH.EXE:

!!! This file is only to be used if you have problems with HELP/MESSAGE,
for example just getting a row of "%NONAME-x-NOMSG, Message number xxxxxxxx".
This is the case when you run OpenVMS 6.2 on VAX.

Download MSGHLP$ENGLISH.EXE in binary mode and place it in SYS$COMMON:[SYSLIB].
That's all, now HELP/MESSAGE should work correctly.

The copy of MSGHLP$ENGLISH.EXE available has been extracted from a VMS 6.1
kit.
