I rearranged your code a little and added a hack so that you can now 
directly address parts of a .htmlx file.  Retrieving
http://localhost/demo/preproc.examples.htmlx, for example, would return
part "examples" of file preproc.htmlx.  The directives the part contains
are processed. unlike parts retrieved with the include directive.

I put the update html_preproc.c in preproc_mst.zip in the preview area.
