Description
In here, I keep the diffs relative to the prep.ai.mit.edu distributions
of the GNU software I have ported to VMS.

Unfortunatelly, since VMS is all upper case when it comes to file names,
the file names inside the tar files are all in low case. This means that
files like `README' have been renamed to `readme'. The ones who fetch the
patch kits will have to rename back such files if they want to use the
patches on UNIX.

The easiest way to apply the patches found in these tar files is use
the command procedure apply_patches.com, which is also present in this
directory. The (small, I admitt it) docs are in apply_patches.readme.
Bot apply_patches.com and apply_patches.readme should be fetched in
ASCII mode.
