gcc 2.5.8 binaries

- Alternative C header files included.  Thanks to Pat Rankin
  (rankin@EQL.Caltech.Edu) for his excellent work on the header files.
  They are much better than my own error-prone header files.

  Nearly all header files are now taken from his alternative set.
  Some addings have been made for compiling libgxx 2.5.3.

- new assembler gas 2.3 included.  Thanks to Roland B. Roberts who sent
  me a patch (sorry, I don't know the author of this patch) to fix the
  problems with 64 bit constants.

- libgxx: the timer stuff (start_timer() and return_elapsed_time(double))
  should now work as expected.  Thanks to Roland B. Roberts for mentioning
  the problems.

- Thanks to Richard Levitte for offering his server.



libgxx 2.5.3 sources:
=====================

- the timer stuff didn't compile.  timer.c is now rewritten and should
  work as expected.  Thanks to Roland B. Robert for mentioning the problems.

- please use the latest gcc binaries (or at least the header files from the 
  binaries) if you want to recompile libgxx.
