Subject: Dear need of a SCSI disk.

I plan to start porting GNU emacs 19.34b and a bunch of other GNU utilities
in the very near future. I have a problem, however, and that is the current
free space on the disk I currently use for GNU ports and the GNU on VMS
Project's archive. That disk is also used for a number of other things.

In short, the GNU on VMS Project would dearly need a dedicated disk, to be
used for development and archiving/distribution.

I would like to humbly ask if there is anyone who'd be willing to donate
a SCSI disk, size 500MB or 1GB (or larger if you wish :-)), to be connected
to a VAXstation 4000-60. I can handle an internal disk (the half-size,
5 1/4" slot is still empty) as well as an external disk. It doesn't matter
if the disk has been used already. All that matter is that it works, and
is expected to do so for a few years.

If you have questions, please send them to admin@vms.gnu.ai.mit.edu.
